Vitamin E Complete
Protect Yourself from Oxidizing Radicals

This antioxidant formula destroys free radicals before they can damage cells.Tocopherols and tocotrienols are two families of active compounds that we know as vitamin E. Many vitamin E products on the market contain only one or two of these compounds. This product contains all eight! The delta tocotrienol has been the subject of much research for supporting cholesterol levels within the normal range and for supporting clean, healthy arteries. Tocotrienols have also been studied for their support of the immune system relative to cellular abnormalities.

Benefits

  • Protects against free radicals.
  • Supports the circulatory and reproductive systems, as well as the liver.
  • Maintains normal-range blood viscosity.
  • Supports glandular health.
  • Promotes healthy-looking skin.
  • Helps maintain cholesterol levels that are already within the normal range.

Our Product Advantage
Tocopherols and tocotrienols are two families of metabolically active compounds that we know generically as vitamin E. Many vitamin E products on the market contain only one or two of these compounds. To provide the complete vitamin E package, 30 mg tocopherols (alpha, beta, delta and gamma) plus 5 mg mixed tocotrienols (alpha, beta, delta and gamma) have been added. Natural vitamin E has twice the biological activity of synthetic vitamin E (“dl”). This product contains tocotrienols from annatto, which is significantly higher in delta tocotrienol than palm, the most common source used.

Ingredients
Each softgel provides 400 IU natural vitamin E, including 30 mg tocopherols (alpha, beta, delta and gamma) plus 5 mg mixed tocotrienols (alpha, beta, delta and gamma) in a base of annato/soybean oil.

Recommendations
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.

How Does it Work?
Vitamin E and selenium are antioxidants. They work together to help quench free radicals that form as byproducts of metabolic activity and as a result of exposure to damaging environmental chemicals. Both nutrients play key roles in the production of certain enzymes that are needed to maintain overall health, prevent premature aging and keep tissue supple. For maximum activity and benefits, both tocotrienols and tocopherols are necessary. They perform different functions in the body. For example, tocotrienols slow the activity of a liver enzyme that plays a key role in the synthesis of cholesterol. Gamma tocopherol fights nitrogen radicals that can negatively affect health. While d-alpha tocopherol was once thought to be one of the best antioxidants, alpha tocotrienol has been found to be a more powerful free radical quencher.

Scientific Data
Research suggests that the benefits of both vitamin E and selenium are enhanced when they are taken together. Delta tocotrienol has been the subject of much research for helping maintain normal-range cholesterol levels and for supporting healthy arteries and blood viscosity. Tocotrienols have also been studied in animals for their support of the immune system relative to cellular abnormalities.
